Although Marana's town limits cross into Pinal County at the northern edge, the vast majority of Marana family law cases are heard by the Pima County Superior Court Family Law Division at the downtown Tucson courthouse on West Congress Street. They can be filed directly with the court, delivered to your attorney, or shared with a guardian ad litem.
