Oro Valley families and the Pima County Superior Court

Oro Valley family law cases — including any case requiring supervised visitation — are heard by the Pima County Superior Court Family Law Division at the downtown Tucson courthouse on West Congress Street, roughly a 30–40 minute drive down Oracle Road from most Oro Valley neighborhoods. Our session reports are formatted to the standards the Family Law Division uses, written in objective, non-editorial language, and timestamped throughout the visit. They can be filed directly with the court, delivered to your attorney, or shared with a guardian ad litem.

If your court order references Arizona Rule of Family Law Procedure 65, our supervisors are familiar with the requirements and our reports are formatted to comply.

You don't have to drive into Tucson for visits Court hearings happen downtown, but supervised visits don't have to. We schedule sessions at agreed-upon community locations in Oro Valley itself — so the child stays in familiar surroundings and neither party spends the visit window on Oracle Road traffic.

Pricing

Same flat rate across every Oro Valley neighborhood: $150 one-time intake, $65/hour for sessions, $10 per session report (first two per month free). Two-hour minimum. No mileage. No monthly fees.
