Vail families and the Pima County Superior Court

Vail is unincorporated Pima County, so family law cases — including any case requiring supervised visitation — are heard by the Pima County Superior Court Family Law Division at the downtown Tucson courthouse on West Congress Street, roughly 30–35 minutes via I-10. Our session reports are formatted to the standards the Family Law Division uses, written in objective, non-editorial language, and timestamped throughout the visit. They can be filed directly with the court, delivered to your attorney, or shared with a guardian ad litem.

If your court order references Arizona Rule of Family Law Procedure 65, our supervisors are familiar with the requirements and our reports are formatted to comply.

Military families: deployment and PCS complicate custody Southeast Tucson is home to many Davis-Monthan families, and military life adds real complexity to parenting time — deployments, PCS moves, and reintegration after long absences. Courts often order supervised visitation to re-establish contact gradually after a long separation. We also offer virtual supervision where court orders permit, which can keep a deployed or relocated parent connected. Our reports work with orders issued in any state.

Pricing

Same flat rate across Vail, Rita Ranch, and Corona de Tucson: $150 one-time intake, $65/hour for sessions, $10 per session report (first two per month free). Two-hour minimum. No mileage. No monthly fees.
